Snow Fun

So rechargeable batteries do die. Now that I can take pictures again I am looking for things to blog about. The kids were finally able to get out in the snow on Saturday (temperatures climbed out of the single digits). I stayed inside with Benjamin so the quality isn't the greatest, but here are a few pictures from their adventure.

Noah's latest feat, hopping on one foot. I love the concentrated effort he puts forth.

A Snowman of our own

When it snows in Wisconsin in January, the snow is usually so fluffy you can't make snowmen. Its only when it snows at or around freezing that you can pack the snow. We had a warm spell in the beginning of the month and we got good packing snow (tonight it will be 10 below, with a high of -1 tomorrow). Here are a few pictures.

Benjamin is 7 months old

Benjamin turned 7 months old the day after Nathan turned seven years old. This little baby's motto is "moving on". He does not seem to be content staying still, he must try to conquer the latest new thing. He has moved from crawling to standing up and has just begun to try to move around things. Yikes! He will be walking soon!
